Special and tailor-made trips to Italy with Rome and the Lazio region as main areas of interest. We specialize in the central regions of Italy where we are pleased to offer you events and adventures in amazing areas, still to a large extent untouched by mass tourism.
Whenever there’s an interest, we may also visit the Abruzzo, the Marches, travel down to Campania and Calabria. Here we will find some incredible places!
Italy is a bit like treasure chest: you’ll always find something new and exciting!
Our idea is to create ‘feel-good’ trips, meaning that the most important factor is you; there should be lots of relaxation but also, at the same time, new and special experiences – maybe just the joy of existing!
Each trip is different from the other, organized with personal care, creativity, joy and plenty of attention to the individual. We specialize in small groups, in order for you to have the best and most personalized service – however leaving enough room for the independence you may want. There will at all times be a Swedish-speaking tour leader available.
We want to prove to you that living a healthy life does not mean to be boring. Quite the contrary! In other words, we propose a lovely way to keep in shape whilst surrounded by human warmth and sympathy, good food and new experiences.
We will live the life of the average Italian, choosing between medium category hotels, Bed &Breakfast . Sometimes we will have breakfast at the local bar, where we feel the real Italian atmosphere. There’s the happy shouts to order coffee mixed with sharper calls between baristas, maybe even some stress – (but never yours..!) In other words: life the way it is.
Here, people say ‘Hi’ to each other, we may even get a kind word and a smile, to make us feel alive. The luxury of being seen, which should really be normal. I myself learned to smile in Italy. I learned to cry, too… but what matters is to enjoy every little moment and not take life all that seriously…
Do contact us, tell us about your interests and if there is anything in particular you wish to see and do. Some examples of key words may be food and drinks, fashion, playing golf, culture, women-only trips, conferences, spa, beauty, shopping and outlets, gays-only trips, singles-only – in other words, anything that may spring to your mind! We will make every effort to give you a really special travel experience.
If you wish to stay at a luxury hotel, with large breakfast buffet, we will obviously help you with that, too!

About RICOMI
My name is Milly and I used to live in Italy, in Rome to be more precise. I worked, for many years, with incoming tourism, as a tour guide and conference hostess, for Italian companies on a freelance basis.
After the years in Rome I was a IATA/CTC accredited travel consult and reservations manager and worked in the travel and airline industry in Sweden.
After many years in tourism, I changed my professional carrier and worked in retail in Copenhagen, for the big department stores Illum and Magasin du Nord, also as shop manager for Marella, Max Mara Scandinavia.
During the past years I´m working with Italian cruise ships, as supervisor at Copenhagen Airport.
I feel that tourism and Italy is very close to my heart. I feel more at home in Italy than anywhere else.
Now I want to make my dream come true. It would be an honor for me to share with you this magic and chaotic atmosphere and the energy that come from it. This is how the idea was born, of a small travel agency, where at the center of all is the individual.
The art of feeling absolutely great with small efforts and lot of human warmth!
